As you know by now, I'm Shane. I'm a seasoned professional in the customer support sector with a passion for technology and connection to drive meaningful change. 

 With more than six years in customer support in the tech sector, I've had the opportunity to work on some exciting projects, such as revitalising struggling teams into high-performing units and establishing pathways for career progression into leadership roles where none existed before.

I'm particularly skilled in training and onboarding, coaching under performers to reach their full potential, and simplifying technical jargon into easily understandable language for diverse audiences. Without a doubt these key strengths have helped me elevate my career rapidly in the past.
